In fact, they can happen to the stars at the worst times like when getting ready to go on stage. Having a panic disorder is not unusual and it’s not something that happens to just a particular group of people. Children, teenagers, men, women, senior citizens, housewives, business associates and Hollywood stars can all have panic disorders.

It’s interesting to read about Hollywood stars that have panic disorders. They freely admit that they can occur at the least likely moments and can even be embarrassing. Hollywood celebrities always like to look their best and appear to be calm, cool and collected. A panic attack caught on film can change that appearance quickly. The fact is that panic disorders among people are common. It’s the mental health condition most frequently diagnosed. Almost 40 million people experience panic disorders which is approximately 15% of the U.S. population. Hollywood stars are just as likely to experience panic disorders as anyone else. But for the average person, knowing a celebrity experiences the same problems and still learns to excel in the public eye can be very inspiring.

So if you have a panic disorder, just remember that you are never alone. There are many people, both famous and not famous, who are getting treatment for panic disorders.
