A more clear presence of mind can make a huge difference. The difference is not necessarily about the diagnosis or outcome, but can make the process easier as well as the preparation for death sometimes easier as well. Alternative therapies for cancer are definitely something that should be looked into for patient and family. It is very important that the treatments are not more wearing or trying on the body. Any therapy that is used or tried should be 100% beneficial. Holistic treatment is treatment that is supposed to meet someone’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements of their life. Therefore the alternative therapies used can be directed towards any one of these factors. It is quite common in fact for people who are going through cancer therapy to seek the help from religious leaders or spiritual connections to help them get through it all. Therefore, alternative therapies are often used and sought out without even knowing that is what is occurring.
